I agree with other posters, the first week or so it will be like having a newborn baby.
They won't sleep through the night and will cry to go potty or simply for a cuddle/attention. I know when I first got Poppy I was like a zombie for the first two weeks because I had no sleep at all, but it does get better.
I think you should either crate her at night or put her in a pen so you know exactly where she is and can have peace of mind that she isnt roaming around the house chewing wires ect. apart from that theres not much you can do apart from wait it out. A hot water bottle under her bedding and a ticking clock may help.
