So, my little boy Romeo thinks he is such a badass that he can outright refuse to walk when I put him on a harness.. he will literally just sit there and not move.. and look at me like i'm stupid..

I try to get him excited by trying to run or call his name but he still refuses to move. I've even tried just putting the leash on his collar to see if he would walk then and he still wouldnt.

I take him to a park by my house where there are trails that go thru the woods and he'll follow me the entire time but its because ill let him go without putting a leash on him... but of course I dont want to just let him go free without a leash by roads.. and it'd be nice to not have to DRIVE to the park to be able to walk him back on the trails...

any suggestions?
