Thank you all for your comments. It is interesting to read you.

I just want to put one thing in perspective, here in Québec we are used to experiment extreme weather. During the summer the temperatrure is 25-30C, during the autumn is comes to 10-15C and in winter time it could me -10 to -25C.

So we have time to get accustomed to tenperature and for us it's freezing when it.s getting around the -15C.

I do have a lot of coats and sweaters for N'Stein don't worry, even do if it's hard to find something for a tiny little dog. And in the house is having his bed and blankets.

I was just wondering how come this year he's getting cold.
