We are going to eat them...Being these fish were soooo large, there was no possible way to have them all packaged to take home. So, Robert and I gave our two fishing guides 99.9% of the meat and they flashed froze a cooler full of fillets for us to take home with us. The two guides both have large families and the fish will help feed them for quite sometime.
The 3 fishes caught were over 100 inches and appx 125 lbs. The largest one (Robert's) we are having a replica mount done. It will take 3 months to make and we should receive it in the spring. Of course I don't want a massive fish mounted on my livingroom wall so it will go down on our office wall in our buisness, LOL.
