We already do all those things due to my health problems. I'm not sure how much more I'll be losing as I've been doing this for 3 months since dropping the sodas, white flour, white potatoes, white rice & pasta. I've lost 17 lbs just since then. I've gone from 144 down to 127. I'm sure I'll be plateauing soon! I was 118 when I graduated from high school 46 years ago!*!*!
But, I'll be sticking with this as long as I'm still alive! I haven't set a goal on purpose.
