Can someone please advise me, should I put triple antibiotic ointment on it or vaseline, bag balm, anything? Wont it get infected with all of the bacteria that's in urine?

I don't know what the best choice would be, perhaps triple antibiotic, but I'd check with the vet. This is just horrible, you know we do have a groomer review section, if you care to name names!
