Urine is sterile when it comes out. Bacteria grow when it's exposed to air. I could gently clean her with just water, pat dry & apply antibiotic cream. Do you have a onesie you could put on her to stop her licking? |
I have a onesie but she's pad trained so she'd probably sneak away & pee in it. She's not licking it excessively, it's just that she never, ever licks it unless something's wrong. I'm just trying to keep her busy & smother her with treats, lol, as I feel more guilty than ever! She still wont come to me to snuggle, I guess she's pretty peeved as well.
