 Mamie
I'd forgotten about Yorkie Talk. My little 4 yr. old Stevie Rae had an accident 2 summers ago; and it was much harder losing her than my 14 yr. old Yorkie, Cricket, several years before that. Well, a few months later I got my little Mamie, who is now 1 1/2 years old. She is different from Stevie Rae and Cricket, because she has long hair on her ears and much thicker hair. She is a bit harder to keep groomed, but when she is freshly bathed, she is quite beautiful. Here is a picture I took of her today after her bath.
Even though it is heart breaking when we lose a little one, I think I will always have Yorkies as my pets. They are so full of life. Each of mine have been 3 1/2 - 4 lbs. Those little girls were all brave lions on the inside. You can't help but admire their courage and zest for life. |
