It's not real cold here right now - in the 20s-30s. My little Yorkie loves to go outside and doesn't want to come in (I usually have a coat or something on him).

Alternatively, once in a while I catch him sitting by the heat register when he is in the house. I doubt he is cold in the house (it's warm) --but he obviously loves to snuggle up by the heat. It's like a cat lying in front of the fireplace. They love it.

I wouldn't worry about it.

PS - I would never take a little Yorkie outside (-10) with no coat on. It's too cold for them. They don't have very thick hair and they are soooooo tiny.
Mine wears a coat or something all winter - even if its in the 30s or 40s.
