My current Yorkie is the first I've ever had with long hair on the ears. I didn't know how I'd like it, but she is as cute as a button. My previous 2 Yorkies had silkier, thinner hair than Mamie. They were 100X easier to keep groomed. (And they were precious and are greatly missed, of course.) Her hair is thicker and much longer -- with more colors in it too. When she is freshly bathed, she is so pretty (but the freshness doesn't last long). I'm thinking of doing a puppy cut and then trying to brush her more often -- just really didn't need to with my others. I've had to cut some mats out of her fur, and it blended well for the most part.
Now, as far as a picture -- I got a new computer and the pics are on the old computer, so I need to get them on this one to download. I'll have to work on that. She is a cutie and such a joy. |
