I am so sorry you had a bad experience. I understand and I would be upset too. She did not follow your instructions. That is one thing that would upset me. The other thing is how long it took. They should have told you that it would take that long. The good news is that the beard will grow back out. And your baby is still gorgeous.
As far as if they did something to her, I would go to the groomer and ask for an explanation. Maybe your baby will be back to herself quickly. Do you think she is upset because of going to the groomer when she is used to you doing it? Just a thought.
