Dtr has been cooking for us at night. She and her boyfriend have lost some but not as much as Jim. I tell her I am eating more than I was before she started cooking. It is portion control, esp for Jim. I watch my sugar due to diabetes. I keep losing and gaining the same 2-3 lbs. It feels nice being able to actually put my arms around him. It does not help that he takes streriod inhalers due to asthma and had been for a long time.
