Oh no, I know how disappointed you must be especially after telling your groomer 3 times. If it helps any....Zhoie is 2.5 yrs and I have cut her topknot off twice
. Then I hate how her bangs just tip forward, no matter how short they are, so I start allover again with the pain of growing it out, LOL. It will grow back....maybe faster this time
