Some puppie's that young just don't sleep through the night yet (just like human babie's). Make sure you don't encourage the behaviour, and I think you should try crate training.
What time do u give the kong to him? I don't think the peanut butter would be doing it but try not giving him the kong for a day and see if that helps. |
