My Annabelle is crate trained as well. She regressed to getting up twice a night once to pee and once to poop. That about killed me. Finally I had to feed her earlier in evening, and take her for along walk at night. That elped considerably. Unfortunetly though since she is pregnant now she potties where she wants. I would rather be woken up at night. Good luck.
