Its so terrible when they are scared like that. Mandy didn't get afraid of storms until she was older. We thought maybe she had gone outside and a big clap of thunder or something scared her. From then on the only way she would settle down would be to get next to dh in bed and that would calm her. For some reason she always wanted her daddy at that time, even though she was really more attached to me. You might try a calming pill of some kind. I'm sure the vet would give you something. I started later giving her a pill when we knew rain was in the forecast. It did help some. Hope your baby gets better. Its hard seeing them so stressed.
