I've been looking for one of these and can't find them anywhere. I never thought to look in a pet store!
I just got this today at Target
Amazon.com: Oceans Friends Sprinkler: Sports... Cooper wasn't that interested, but I was able to throw a ball through it and keep him busy playing. Max enjoyed drinking from it and getting his head wet. It just hooks to a hose. It cost me $5 so i figured why not?
