That's so sad & scary. Someone my DD knew had their small dog (not a yorkie) jump out on the highway. Of course they were not as fortunate.
I used to let Princess sit between the 2 of us or on my DD's lap but I was so worried, what if I had to stop or had an accident and the airbag went off....she wouldn't stand a chance.
She rides restrained now.
Thanks for the reminder, it's very scary & hopefully it will help people think about this instead of pushing it from their minds.
