I like that idea.
December might be hard for people to travel and plan with the holidays and spending that goes along with it
I like the beach idea, ....FYI: The water temp in the Gulf seems to drop in mid October to the lower 80's.... The water temp now (well Sunday)was 87 and getting warmer
