Lexi had some problems after her spay and developed a virus of some sort we had to go back to the vet for some antibiotics and a shot. Had nothing to do with her incision it looked wonderful. She did not have dew claws removed as they already had been. I understand you are upset and with good reason. But something else maybe going on. Is there another vet you could take her to just to make sure all is well. The vet that did my spay was not my regular vet as he would not do a older female. And there was no charge when I took her back for the office call. Hope she feels better real soon
