Hello, and welcome! Reading your post made me so angry. Is your baby doing ok? I think I would take this to the local newspapers, or file a police report. Anything to get his name out there and embarrass him a bit. Did your dog bite or attack him? He must have been pretty close to you for him to be able to spray your little one. What happened?
