Default Litter treat solution

I have a kitten and a yorkie pup, Lick, which by chance I ended up getting on the same day. Although they get along great, Lick did love to get into the litter and eat the kitty poo. I tried lifting the litter box to a height that Lick couldn't get into it, which provided a temporary solution until Lick was big enough to jump into it and get at the kitty "treats." I eventually got a Glad bin with a lid, which I cut a hole in it for the cat to get into it. The dog couldn't get in, the litter stayed in which worked like a charm. A couple of weeks later I got a little Tupperware container which I placed in the toilet and am slowly training the cat to use the toilet so I don't have to worry about the dog, the kitty, or the litter treats anymore. Wish me luck on the cat training.
