I read the reviews last night so needless to say it's concerning. I did feel I may have rushed in when taking their plan but I think feedback from my friend played a part. I had planned on actually visiting this other Vet's office but since that office was closed and I wasn't sure what was wrong w/her I rushed off to Banfield because they were open. I was already considering changing once the plan was over, mostly because I'm not crazy about any kind of corporate healthcare.
With only one exception she saw the same Dr. each time and I do like Dr. Wong. She always took a lot of time with her and answers all my questions(and being the over-protective paranoid mama that I am I go in there with a list of 'em, lol) I have to say we're never with her less than 30 mins, that's longer thans some of my Dr visits, lol. My main concern was for her tiny size, she's just now gained a few ozs and is 3.8 lbs. She's been dropped off. Please send good vibes. Thanks for everyone's response. |
