Question What do you think? Gave Uni Solid Gold for large breed!

I ran out of Honest Kitchen and now that she is on a 3x a day feeding schedule (2 tbsp 3x a day, rather than 3 tbsp 2x a day) I needed to feed her dinner and the feed store was already closed! (I'm such a bad mommy lol) Anyway, Petco is open till 9 and they have decent food there, I used to get her Wellness there. So I wanted to try out a different food, and since I need to give her a low fat and fairly low protein diet, I looked at ingredients and % only, did not really pay attention to puppy, small breed, large breed, limited ingredients, all stages, etc. I actually wanted to try out Solid Gold, and I did look at the small breed one in particular. You know the one in the sparkly pink shiny bag with the little white dog on it the fat was way too high about 22%. I checked out the WolfKing formula and seemed better for her, 9% fat and about 22% protein. I got that one. She loves it btw. It wasn't until I checked out dogfoodadvisor.com that it was for large breeds! I did think the kibble size was a bit big, but she was able to crunch it down no problem. Do you think we should stick specifically to small breed formulas, or do you think reading labels is more important?

btw I'm not changing her food permanently, it's just to tide her over till lunch tomorrow when I can get her HK again. I can also use these as treats. She loves it. It's bison meat mostly and sweet potato.
