I don't regret doing it at all. It almost feels like a weight off my shoulders, one less thing to worry about. It does sound like a vet issue, I was given pre & post-op instructions to follow to help things go smoothly, it seems like the vet would've done at least that. I also thought it was the norm to use the stitches that don't need to be removed. |
I was told the blue stitches are the dissolvable ones, but they would still remove the ones on the outside, the part on the inside was left to dissolve. When I took Uni to get hers out, the tech left one in
, it came out on its own a few days later, but yeah I can kinda feel the ones inside still. The tech also forgot the take out her stitches that were bright blue on the top of her head! I didn't care for that tech too much.
