Default Carpet cleaning and pesticides

Bentley has pretty much destroyed one corner of our bedrooms carpet. We are getting it cleaned this weekend but I am worried about how safe it will be for him. We asked the carpet guy if it's safe for pets but I'm sure they'd all say yes even if they didn't know because they just want to the business you know...
I remember reading about the yorkie having seizures after walking on tile that was cleaned with concentrated cleaner and not rinsed.. I'm afraid the same will happen with the carpets since rI'm sure they use strong chemicals and do not rinse them. Anyone have experience with this?

Were also having pesticides sprayed today inside and outside of the house. I asked my mother in law to have them not spray inside our room but since Shes paying it might be the entire house done anyways. she got angry when I Asked her not to have our room sprayed And said shes had her house sprayed for yeArs and her large dogs have always been fine. She doesn't seem to understand that bentley is only 5 lbs and EVERYTHING affects him. I took him out for the day so he wouldnt be around them right after there sprayed. But will he be okay once they've dried for a while?
