Those anesthetics aren't bad, but she has to be maintained on a gas. I assume they are using Isoflurane? Rimadyl is okay. Some of us prefer Metacam. Yes, she should have it for more than a day.
I can't advise on whether or not the dewclaws should come out since I'm not a vet. Usually unless they are removed a few days after birth, they are left in unless there is a problem. Yes, they can get pulled and damaged by leaving them. All a matter of opinion...
While it sounds like in this case they are doing a fair job, you should probably know that Banfield can be a very scary place for vet care. What they use varies by locations as do the doctors, obviously. Some are better than others. Some are downright horrific. Be very careful about what they are using and doing. It would be good to Google Banfield reviews. It is not somewhere I'd take my girl.
