Lucy's hair sounds like my ZoE's hair as her's never mats or tangles either. It's slow growing though...and I love long haired yorkies, so I'm trying to be patient.
ZoE's doesn't have a great shine, but does have some shine, especially after her bath. But, a day or two before her weekly bath it does look duller....maybe its just dust & grime? My hair would look pretty cruddy is I only washed it once a week
