Well a pic would be nice, but if that anti fungal shampoo is no longer needed for fungus; then stop using it!
Make sure she has access to water at all times.
Also if you can use a conditioning rinse after shampoo; and no matter what shampoo you use, rinse, then rinse, then rinse some more. For theconditioner you can leave a bit in the coat after rinsing most off.
