This is just a suggestion, but it works great for me.....
I've always groomed my little ones on the kitchen counter. It's the perfect height, has plenty of room to work and spread supplies on, and there's no table to worry about folding or storing out of the way. Plus it's right next to the sink where I give baths and I'm able to store most of their grooming supplies in a drawer underneath so everything is right there in one small space. Last year I ordered a grooming arm from PetEdge and I just tighten it on the end/edge of the counter when I want to use it and now I have the perfect little grooming area with little to no setup to do when I'm ready to go to work.
