In my non-expert opinion, Yorkie coats never stop changing.
Color changes are determined by genetics. You would have to look at at least a couple generations in your pup's background to get an idea of what her adult colors will be.
My boys are brothers and both had significant changes in their head coloring at age 2.
Your girl is adorable and the groomer did a very nice job.
