Well we got our keys!! We went over to the house last night, we met the realtor at our apt she gave us the keys. She told us that the owner wanted to clean the house before we got there, so we gave her a couple hours. When we finally went over there to look at the house, it was so messy! Just really dirty and dusty, IMO she didn’t clean anything! DH sprayed bleach all over the cement, and he sprinkled poison out in the grass areas and flower beds. We got the Pet friendly poison, it is suppose to kill fleas and ticks and other creepy crawlies. The owner told the realtor that they have an outside cat, and if we do not want the cat to come around then don’t stick food outside. Well apparently the cat loves to bring dead birds to the house, DH found 4 dead birds in the backyard grass, and he found the cats pooping area, in the backyard flower bed!

DH and I have a lot of work to do, we were so overwhelmed when we left the house! We are having the inside cleaned today, so hopefully we will feel a little better when we go over there and it is all clean!
