Thank you for those kind words. I am crying now. Probably will be for days. I filed a police report. They are contacting animal control. The dog did not even live there was just visiting. If only I had walked at another time. I started not to even go today, but we missed 2 days. My girl was so excited to be on her walk. She was so happy. I am heartbroken.
