 Marking where he chooses....Please Help!
My nearly 3 year old neutered Yorkie is marking in various places through out the house. This started about 3 weeks ago. He is indoor pad/grass trained and does not go out to potty. I clean up his pad and tray area constantly and thoroughly scrub the areas he marks. He is very healthy, drinks filtered water, good kibble and has no bad habits. He has a nearly 2 year old yorkie brother,(also neutered) and they get along quite nicely. I do not allow other animals in the house nor are either dog exposed to neighborhood pets. I am at a loss as nothing has changed or differed in our routine or household patterns. Neither yorkie wants for attention, affection, individual time with me or activities. I've had both since they were pups. My next step is to take him in for a vet check. If anyone can lend wisdom or advice, I would much appreciate your help. |
