Here in CA, where I live it fees more like it is fall weather. It is cool and windy. The wind makes it feel more cooler. This is odd for this time of year in the central valley it heats up to over 100 degrees fast. Summer is not here yet. Interesting that CA is below average temperature wise , and in the east it has it hard with the heat.
