You need to make sure he is drinking plenty of water. Diarhhea is very dehydrating. Check to make sure his gums are pink and wet and not sticky. If they are pale and sticky that means he is dehydrated. If he won't drink water, you can put a bit of low sodium fat free chicken broth in there too. I'd bring him to the vet asap.
