Sophie's my first puppy with long hair, so I'm a little new to the whole groomer experience. I didn't specifically address the ears, but I asked them to only cut the hair around her eyes, paws, and bottom. She had beautiful frilly hair on her ears before they shaved it. I wasn't too upset--it'll grow back.
Besides, she so darn cute either way. ha
I do have some other groomer questions, but I'll post those separately.
