when they are that young they tend to feel more cold.. this is why we need to put him in a warm place with blankets and cosy toys.. with time they will get warmer easier..
if you keep your house too cold maybe he has flu...
but having diarrhea is strange.. anyway never let him have diarrhea for more than 48h.. take him to the vet straight away.. he is too small and fragile at this point...

of course it depends of how hot is the weather around there.. He wouldn't be feeling alright if it is hotter than 100F (well.. nobody would)

I keep my house at 66-68F and my chi is freezing cold sometimes.. and she is 1 year old already..

I wish I could use air conditioner instead of central HEATING... aff.. here is so cold... brrrrr

I am not an expert.. just trying to help from the experiences I had..
