Well, I did finally get BOTH of the girls' movies fixed. One of the reps that I told about the problem right away said no problem, I've reposted it to your account. All I had to do was "check for downloads" again. But then once I got it on iTunes I had to manually slide it over to the phone to make it sync. Anyway, it worked. But then the other rep kept going back and forth with me wanting me to try all kinds of stuff. I finally asked him why he couldn't just repost it to my account and then he finally did. I was told by people on the Apple forum that they would only do that ONCE but I would think that's only if you lost it because you didn't backup your stuff or something. My problem was that it never showed up in my iTunes library... only showed in the Purchase History.
That was a mess.... let me tell you! I absolutely hate being so technologically challenged. But thanks everyone for your help!
