the best thing is to take Chewy to the vets, for sure they wont vaccinate him now as he is not alright..
It would be alright to bath him quickly at home if he was alright.. for now the best thing to do is to keep him warm.. make sure he drinks loads of water
He can have flu or he is allergic to something you are giving to him... the vet will be the best one to tell you whats wrong.
Just be sure they wont vaccinate him until he is fine again.. it can kill him otherwise.
