No not shakes like ice cream...unfortunately.....they are a health mix and you add water to it...anywhere from 4 to 10 ounces depending on your taste preference...we really liked the plan it shrunk the stomach(I think)...and they taste good....you have to buy them from them....the linkI posted earlier is one off of their website...
