When Tasha was found she had all her hair chopped off and had been dumped on the streets. She was found over 2 hours away in Burbank...evil people... I hope Miley is found and that they are caught and prosecuted!!! Please keep an eye out for missing Miley! Her pic is attached...her hair may be chopped off now too!
