Thanks for the compliments, but you guys ARE RIGHT! Although my husband LOVES our Esme, deep down he is still a little embarrased when I make a big show about her and treat her like she is a human baby!
I come home to find them cuddling on the couch most days, but ask the guy to take a picture in public and he is uncomfortable! It's kiind of funny you guys could tell all that from the picture!!!
Esme learned to sit, down, stay, come, look at me when we say so, quiet, roll over and shake. We are still working on: leave it, drop it, and walking politely on a leash. I am sure there are others, but I can't remember. Over all, she was GREAT! One day, we even played a game where the teacher would call a command the dogs would do it. The last dog to do it would be out, and so on. Well, Esme won that game BOTH times we played! She was the smallest and youngest there. I am such a proud mommy!
