Thanks for your quick reply, I'll give you the rundown, I was living with my hubby and two other dogs, and yes he did pee on the carpet in the other house, and it was always around furniture, here he'd lift his leg and pee on the couch leg or the bed leg, however we removed all carpet, and this seemed to alleviate the problem, now I'm no longer in my own home my hubby and I have broken up, unfortunately the Cavaliers went to the little girl across the street cause they had to be together and I kept Teddy, and yes he is neutered, he was around 2 when we got him and we had him neutered at that time. Because I'm staying at a friends removing all the carpet is not an option, I just noticed the extent of the damage he's done, and she's not aware of it yet...
