It really blows my mind when I see young kids walking a dog with no adult. What is wrong with these parents?!?!? Even if the parents don't necessarily care too much about the dog (which really irritates me in the first place) don't they consider the possibility of something like what you said happen - dog gets loose, runs across street, kids follow. Umm hello! Aren't you concerned at least about your kids getting hit by a car?? Some people are just flat out stupid, I mean really
