That woman should be reported!!! It is totally wrong and dangerous for a groomer to turn their backs on a pup like that!
I don't know anyone in your area so cannot suggest a groomer.
There is a grooming forum on YT where you can get some tips if you want to try to do it yourself. There are also books and videos on the topic. |
