They are both pretty ball obsessed, but Lane definitely learned the behavior from Rory - she pretty much learned how to be a "dog" from her. I"m 99% sure if I didn't stop that Rory would play ball all day long, while Lane would eventually tire and just chew hers. We have to pick the balls up after the designated fetch time is over, or I'd spend my entire day trying to fish balls out from under the sofa. Deprived dogs that they are, they have to settle for fetch with all their other toys the rest of the day.
I showed my fiance that first picture and said remind you of anyone...he couldn't believe how much they looked like the girls, especially after we first got Lane and her hair was shorter. Max looks a little blonder on top than Rory though, but with his topknot they really favor each other. It goes without saying I find them ridiculously cute
