My Bosun runs around in circles whenever he is excited. It also gets him what I call honking -he sounds like he is going to choke. I have to pick him up and put my hand over his nose to force him to breath through his mouth to stop the honking. One person told me her yorkie died of a heart attack from honking so much but my vet reassures me that would not happen.
