As you can see we all agree 6 wks is too young to take Yorkies from their Mother. That is over and done with, so lets move on to what needs done. 1. Do have on hand Nutrical.If the baby is not eating moist kibble very well use Nutrical as well. Let the baby lick it off your clean finger every 4 to 6 hours a small 1/2 a pea sized blob. You may have to scrap it onto his tiny teeth. Too much will cause diarrhea and so will regular milk. ( I do not give milk at all after the babies are weened) 2. Buy Human Baby food meat. I use 1/2 tea spoon mixed with about a teaspoon of soft moist kibble. This has to be thrown away if not eaten right away. I offer this every four hours, I leave dry kibbles down all the time. Keep your baby away from other dogs until your Vet says it is safe. Best wishes
