I'd happen to agree with the other YT'ers if it's a constant yelp then there's something up. You can't be too careful with that area either. There's alot of potential vital organs (i.e. lungs, airways, etc.) that if injured can cause alot of problems.

Please go to an emergency vet, just to be safe.
